Im letzten Jahr hat Samsung sein erstes faltbares Smartphones Samsung Galaxy Fold vorgestellt. Nun wurde der Nachfolger bereits von Samsung angeteasert und auch ein erstes Bild des Galaxy Z Fold 2 ist aufgetaucht.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 – Vorstellung online am 5. August
Aufgrund der Corona-Pandemie wird auch das Samsung Unpacked Event am 5. August 2020 online stattfinden. Samsung hat auf Twitter ein neues faltbares Smartphone angedeutet, welches nun von Leaker Max Weinbach bestätigt wurde.

Auf dem Smartphone ist der Schriftzug Galaxy Z Fold 2 5G zu sehen. Das zusätzliche Z im Schriftzug wurde mit dem Galaxy Z Flip zu Jahresbeginn eingeführt. Die Frontkamera scheint in einem Punch Hole verbaut.
Bei den Spezifikationen des Fold Z 2 dürfte es sich um ein 7,59 Zoll großes Display mit 120 Hz Bildwiederholrate handeln (Fold 1 = 7,3 Zoll). Die Auflösung soll 2.213 x 1.689 Pixel betragen.

Laut Ross Young soll das Gerät in der Farbe „Mystic Bronce“ (wie im Teaser Video von Samsung) erhältlich sein. Der Preis soll ungefähr 1880 US Dollar betragen und wäre damit günstiger als die ursprünglichen 2100 Euro des Galaxy Fold.
