Vor zwei Wochen hat Google die Beta 2 von Android 12 ausgerollt. Gestern Abend gab es nun die Beta 2.1 mit Fehlerbehebungen für die Pixel Phones. Zuvor wurde auf Patches für die DP3 sowie die Beta 1 verzichtet.
Android 12 – Beta 2.1
Die Beta 2.1 behebt mehrere Fehler, welche sich auf die tägliche Nutzung von Android 12 auswirken. Eines der größten Probleme war, dass Nutzer von Beta 1 das Smartphone nicht über den Sperrbildschirm entsperren konnten, da das Wischen dabei deaktiviert war. Per Fingerabdruck oder PIN-Eingabe war ein Entsperren jedoch noch möglich.
Des Weiteren bringt die Beta 2.1 Wetter- und Kalenderereignisse zum „At a Glance“-Widget zurück. Weitere Korrekturen gab es im Bereich flackernde Animationen beim Zugriff auf Apps mit Gestennavigation, behobene Berechtigungsanzeigen für Mikrofon und Kamera, welche bis zum Neustart des Gerätes eingefroren waren.

- Fixed issues that caused information such as weather and calendar events to not appear in the At a Glance widget on the home screen or lock screen. (Issue #190700432, Issue #190644743)
- Fixed an issue that sometimes caused flickering or jittery animations when accessing recent apps with gesture navigation.
- Fixed an issue that sometimes caused microphone and camera permission indicators to get stuck and disappear until the phone was rebooted.
- Fixed an issue when using the Android Emulator with an Android Virtual Device (AVD) running Android 12 that prevented the AVD from connecting to the internet.
- Fixed an issue where after taking Beta and resetting the device, some users are were stuck on setup wizard (Issue #190082536).
